HI Everyone,

Today is Monday May 16th.  It is raining and has been all day at Lake Anna.  Well I guess we need the rain.  The weekend was beautiful!!!

Did you know that if your home is worth less then it is financed for, all you have to do is call your bank and discuss this with them.  Due to the TARP funds, you can get a loan modification and get your interest rate reduced considerably.  Just call your bank and tell them what you want to do.  It won't hurt your credit at all.

Thier are exciting things happening at Lake Anna.  New restaurants going in every where.  A new grocercy store - at last!  The proposed golf course. We now even have our own Chamber of Commerce and Lake Anna licence plates.  It is becoming a community.

The weather today was perfect - again.

today at Lake Anna is beautiful - as it is most of the time.  The sun is shinning, it is about 82 degrees, everything is in bloom.  What a great place to relax.  As soon as I get home, I am going to lay down in my hammock by the water and close my eyes and feel the breeze.  Don't you wish you had a place here at the lake?
